Prices and payment
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping (€ 2,95, free from € 25,00). You pay online through Stripe. You can also order by email; we then confirm with a payment link. Printing starts after payment.
Delivery
We start printing within 5 working days of your order. Shipping and delivery take additional time. For delivery abroad, contact us before ordering.
Right of withdrawal
Catalogue bookmarks can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Bookmarks made from your own photo or text are custom work and are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. VI.73, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).
Damage and complaints
Did your bookmark arrive damaged or not as ordered? Contact us with a photo of the problem. Your statutory warranty rights still apply.
Your photos
You guarantee that you hold the rights to the photos you upload. We print them solely for your personal use.

Belgian law applies to every order.
