Statistics and error monitoring
Vercel hosts this website and, with consent, processes pages visited, referring websites and general device and region information. We remove query parameters from measured page URLs and exclude admin, order, review and unsubscribe pages. Sentry processes browser errors with consent. To keep our services reliable and secure, we also process minimal technical server errors based on our legitimate interest, without visitor profiles. Error reports contain only error types and code locations, not photos, form contents, error messages, cookies or request bodies. Vercel and Sentry may process data outside the EEA; see their privacy and data processing terms below. Technical data is retained according to the configured service plan.

What data we process
If you order in the shop, we process your name, email address and delivery address to print and deliver your order; payment itself is handled entirely by Stripe. We use your photo to print your bookmark. A small image of your design is saved with your order and included in your confirmation email. Vercel provides a country indication based on your IP address to suggest a delivery country; you can change it.
Customer account and invoices
An account is optional. You can privately save up to 10 designs with their photos and settings for 90 days after each save, and delete them yourself. Only if requested, we send one design reminder after at least 24 hours. Opening, deleting or stopping it in your account cancels an unsent reminder. This does not subscribe you to offers. A secure email sign-in link lets you view paid orders placed with that address and download available invoice copies. Supabase handles sign-in using necessary, secure session cookies. This does not subscribe you to marketing. If you request an invoice, Stripe also collects your billing address and, where applicable, business name and VAT number. We create and send invoices through Exact Online and store a private PDF copy with the order. Contact us to request account deletion; records we must legally retain will be kept.
Newsletter and reviews
If you explicitly request a cart reminder, we store your email address and consent and send one email when your checkout expires after 24 hours, provided no payment has been confirmed. The email lets you resume checkout or stop reminders. We send at most one cart reminder per email address every seven days. If you subscribe to our promotional emails, we use your email address and language for promotions, a welcome email and a possible review request after shipping. We send at most one marketing email every seven days. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. We store the content and sending status to prevent duplicates and investigate errors. A permanent delivery failure or spam complaint blocks further marketing. If you write a review, we show your name, text, stars and photo on the site after approval; we never show your email address and only use it to send you your discount code. Want a review removed? One email is enough.
What stays in your browser
Your cart, latest new design and privacy choice are stored locally in your browser. Your draft includes the photo and edits and is not sent to us. When you open the designer, we remove drafts unchanged for more than seven days. Adding a design to your cart removes its separate draft. Your privacy choice lasts 180 days. Your language is part of the web address. Only with your consent do we load Vercel Analytics for visit statistics and, when configured, Sentry for browser errors. With consent, we also measure steps towards an order in Supabase using a random code in sessionStorage (up to 24 hours), language and mobile/desktop category. No photos, names, email addresses or entered text are stored in these measurements. The code is temporarily linked to checkout to count confirmed payments. Measurements and the link are removed after 90 days. You can refuse each separately or withdraw consent using Cookie preferences in the footer. We use no advertising cookies or session recordings.
How long we keep data
We keep order records for fulfilment and accounting. Production files are removed after printing or shipping. Paid designs remain available for reordering up to one year after ordering, or longer while production is unfinished. Unpaid designs are cleaned up from 40 days onwards only after Stripe confirms there is no pending payment or recovery session. Public links expire after 90 days; completed email content and unpublished reviews are removed after 90 days. Order thumbnails and invoices remain in our records. Contact us to request earlier deletion; downloaded or cached copies may remain. Abuse prevention uses keyed hashes of IP and email identifiers for up to two days. Newsletter links expire after 24 hours and only activate a subscription after confirmation.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. Stripe processes payments, Supabase stores orders and designs, Resend sends our emails and the postal service delivers your order. They receive the data needed to provide these services.
Your rights
You can always view, correct or delete your data: one email is enough. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
