Which photos work best?

A photo with strong contrast and a clear subject. Portraits, athletes and animals work brilliantly. Busy backgrounds tend to disappear into the layers.

Why a maximum of four colours?

Every colour means a filament change during printing. With up to four colours, we keep printing time and cost manageable.

How thick is a bookmark?

About 2 millimetres: sturdy enough not to bend, thin enough to close your book normally. You can feel the relief of the layers with your thumb.

How long does delivery take?

We start printing within 5 working days of your order. This is the start of production, not the shipping or delivery date.

Can I use a photo of a famous athlete?

For personal use we're happy to make it. Do make sure you have the rights to the photo you upload; that responsibility stays with you.
